Real Estate Route: Invest AED 2 million in approved properties (significantly reduced from earlier requirements).
Investment Funds: AED 2 million in local investment funds also qualifies you — with easier terms and more flexibility.
Family Sponsorship Just Got Easier - Now you can sponsor your entire family without the previous age limitations. This includes: Your spouse, Children (with no age cap) And Your parents

Application Process for Employments in Dubai, UAE:

Verify Eligibility

Ensure you meet a specific category to apply
Gather Required Documents mentioned below
Registration on the Official Portal

Visit the official website where the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP) portal or the GDRFA portal (for Dubai applications).
Completing the Application Form

1. Fill in Personal and Professional Details 2. Choose Your Category 3. Upload Documents 4. Review Your Application 5. Payment of Fees
Medical Fitness Test

Once the payment is completed, you will receive instructions on booking your medical examination appointment.
Biometric Data Collection

In many cases, you’ll also be required to visit a designated center to provide biometric data (fingerprints and photo) as part of the application process.
Application Review

The respective authority (ICP or GDRFA) will review your application and all submitted documents which can take upto 2 months.
Final Approval

Once your application passes all checks, you will receive an approval notification.
Golden Visa Issuance

For some categories, an initial multiple-entry visa (often valid for 6 months) may be provided while the long-term residency permit is being processed.
